Hi, everyone! It’s been an incredibly long time. I am so appreciative to you, my readers, for sticking around long enough to read this.
Where to begin? Like many people, this pandemic has done a number to me. With all the best intentions of maintaining oh no fomo through the past year, I just couldn’t. Some days I couldn’t do much of anything. I’m not sure if you’re familiar with the feeling. Since I last wrote on this blog, I’ve quit freelancing, started a job, quit a job, and started another job. My chronic health conditions have knocked me down a few times. I was also diagnosed with ADD, anxiety, PTSD, and SIBO all within the past few weeks alone. I turn 30 next month!
It sounds like a difficult year and it was. That’s okay. Everyone had a rough 2020. The good news? I have learned just SO MUCH this past year. I am not only so excited for the future I’m working on but just so excited to share what I’ve been learning with y’all. I’m coming out of 2020 with a clearer vision of my life, my health, my purpose on this earth and my goal is to help you gain clarity, too.
Updates to oh no fomo’s direction
For too long I have been afraid to work towards the goals I actually want for myself. Are you familiar with this? You have a passion for something and you just keep squashing it down because it doesn’t fit your life plan? This seems to be a common pattern – but why? This is one of the many subjects I would like to cover in the new and improved version of oh no fomo.
What has been feeling ironic to me is that I write on here about not doing this, yet I myself have been doing this!
What am I passionate about? You – my readers! I am passionate about helping you live your best life. This not only includes much of my old content – health & wellness, sustainability & minimalism, and financial advice but also includes some new content – career advice and guidance. I am excited to be working toward my goal of becoming a career coach and want to share my knowledge along the way with you.
Ok, I know it’s not the beginning of 2021, but close enough. oh no fomo is back and I am so thrilled to be on this journey with you all. Let’s work together to make this a great year!
